Infrastructure Senior Engineer

Responsibilities & Duties:

• Design, implement and configure different types of Infrastructure products.
• Responsible for the implementation of Proof of Concepts and Demos at the
  customer lab.
• Manage the introduction of new technologies and services into production
• Work with presales team to respond to customers RFP, handle technical
  workshops and conduct presentation with customers.
• Support various implementations of special and complex customer set ups.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum of 5+ years related work experience in customer facing organizations
  within the IT industry, 2 at least in technology consulting and design.
• Advanced understanding of IT server, storage, virtualization, backup and
  replication technologies.
• SAN Switches installation and configuration (Brocade and Cisco MDS).
• Red Hat Enterprise Linux operating system.
• IBM AIX administration, configuration and troubleshooting.
• Advanced understanding of blade Servers installation and implementation.
• Fluent in both spoken and written English, other language is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent customer facing skills with track record of effective experience.
• Team player.
• Reasonable business & commercial acumen.
• Excellent organizational and planning skills.
• Independent self-starter.
• Willing to Study new technologies and get certified if needed.
• Networker Backup knowledge/certificate is a plus.
