JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage multiple accounts; develop positive working relationships with all customer touch points. 
  • Drive client retention, renewals, upsells and client satisfaction. 
  • Build sufficient potential of qualified opportunities to secure achieving the targets and provide realistic forecast of current and future business. 
  • Qualify opportunities, prepare proposals and work positively with the bid management team in the production of professional proposal in the line with the Proposal Preparation Process. 
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits. 
  • Respond to incoming RFP by preparing financial proposals and agree with the customers the payment terms according to the company rules. 
  • Acquire and develop good level of Knowledge about allocated market segments IT needs and trends, allocated products, and competing products. 
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives. 
  • Coordinate with the Project Manager assigned, ensuring the prepared project implementation plan is in compliance with the sales deal. 
  • Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal stakeholders. 
  • Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas. 
  • Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to turn the marketing activities into ROI, by following up and taking care of any leads generated post marketing activity. 
  • Collaborate with all teams in the company: pre-sales, technical, project management, and purchasing to fulfill customer needs and meet expectations. 
  • Gather information about the market needs and competition and be aware of all sales techniques. 
  • Monitoring/following up the project cycle starting from initiation of the lead until the project sign off and assist in any milestone if needed.
  • Ensure the delivery of the AR; customer payment /invoices as per internal defined timeframe.
  • Develop his team members and manage their performance level.

SKILLS

  • Previous experience in the banking sector as a Sales Expert/Account Manager or relevant role for at least 5 years.  
  • IT industry knowledge is a must. 
  • Dynamic personality able to effectively engage and influence a variety of audiences at all levels of a business.

CERTIFICATION & EDUCATION

  • Preferably Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in: IT Management, Business administration, etc.
